Under normal circumstances, all orders are shipped from our local Australian warehouse and delivered by Australia Post within 3–7 business days.
However, due to temporary stock shortages in our Australian warehouse, all new orders will now be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse.
Updated Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 25 business days
- Due to ongoing global disruptions and reduced flight availability, shipping capacity has been significantly impacted
- Flights have been reduced from daily departures to approximately once per week, which may cause additional delays of up to 20 days or more
As a result, we are currently unable to guarantee a precise delivery timeframe, and transit times may continue to fluctuate.
